Pete: The enclosed is just a little appreciation to you and your team for excellent service that occurred on February 22, 2006 that was indeed “above and beyond”. Not only did you expeditiously repair an officer’s rear tire, but you took on the task of replacing our Sergeant’s main battery and starter after his motorcycle was brought into you shortly before closing.
