I am writing this letter to let you know how happy I am with the way Pete and the staff at San Jose BMW handled my problem. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that was displayed. Peter Tachis and the staff at San Jose BMW should be commended for their excellent service and customer satisfaction. I’ve only had my Vespa GT a couple of weeks and it makes mundane errands fun. I look forward to a long relationship with San Jose BMW.
